FD 80 Refrigerated Dryer

Industry today needs quality dry air because the risk of product contamination and damage to the compressed air system must be avoided.

Compressed air leaving the compressor’s aftercooler and going into the airnet is always 100% saturated with water vapour.
 
When cooling down, this moisture will condense, causing damage to the compressed air system and the finished product. Instead of installing elaborate separator, filter and condensate drain systems, the many problems which can be caused by water, are best solved by drying the air.
