Winners of Atlas Copco's first Safety and Health Award
The Atlas Copco Safety and Health Award was initiated in 2010 to increase safety and health awareness in the Atlas Copco Group. Atlas Copco Specialty Rental Australia was among four companies within the Atlas Copco Group awarded for their safety and health initiatives.
"The companies' management has in a clear way shown the importance of safety and occupational health, a message that has reached employees. The awarded companies have in different ways proven outstanding performance in the area of safety and health." said Jeanette Livijn, Vice President Human Resources and Organisational Development, Atlas Copco AB Stockholm.
Atlas Copco Specialty Rental Australia has achieved zero lost time injuries since April 2007. In recognition of their outstanding achievement the awarded companies will select a local charity project for a donation.
