•  Hazardous processes
100% Oil-free compressed air is increasingly used to purge EEx p type control panels to maintain area safety; even small traces of oil can create a flammable situation leading to platform shutdown and evacuation.

•  Control / Instrument air
100% Oil-free compressed air is used to operate and actuate specific instruments and control valves. Oil-injected compressors need regular oil filling and frequent filter changes to prevent air contamination.

•  Nitrogen generation
100% Oil-free compressed air is used to generate inert nitrogen. This gas is vital for a number of applications. 100% Oil-free compressed air reduces the frequency of costly membrane replacement.

•  Buffer air
100% Oil-free compressed air is used as a buffer between seals in high flow gas and process compressors. Oil contamination is not tolerated.

•  Process operation
100% Oil-free compressed air is used in sulphur removal, catalyst regeneration, process heaters and other applications. A trace of oil risks contamination and other problems.
