•  Aeration
100% Oil-free compressed air supplies aeration oxygen for oxidation processes to produce pharmaceutical grade products such as lactose. Oil contamination cannot be allowed.

•  Tablet production
100% Oil-free compressed air is used to spray coat tablets. Oil in the air would be directly deposited on the tablets causing rejection or health risks.

•  Packaging and bottling
100% Oil-free compressed air is widely employed in conveying tablets, blister packaging and bottling. If oil is present, contamination and rejection would result.

•  Automated production lines
100% Oil-free compressed air is used to operate pneumatic cylinders, control valves and components employed in automated production lines. Exhaust air from these items must be free of any oil.
