In the oil & gas industry nitrogen is used extensively for the drilling, completion, and work-over of oil and gas wells. It is also used for pipeline services both onshore and offshore.
 
Nitrogen is a dry and inert gas; it can be generated on-site at high pressures and low oxygen levels to safely prevent ignition of flammable gases or to protect oil field equipment from corrosion.

Technical details BB2000

• This unit uses high recovery nitrogen membrane fibre with the best air to nitrogen ratio available and will deliver 2000scfm - 3400Nm³/h of nitrogen at 95% purity.
• At standard conditions, approx. 3550 scfm of delivered air at 350psig-24bar(g) will be required to produce 2000scfm-3400Nm³/H of nitrogen.  The unit is capable of taking in lower pressure air at the inlet as well, and can deliver higher purity nitrogen but at reduced flow rates.
• All components are mounted inside a functional certified 20 ft ISO container and are suitable for non-hazardous Arctic and desert type conditions on or offshore.

Technical details NGM4400

• This unit uses high recovery nitrogen membrane fibre with the best air to nitrogen ratio available and will deliver 2590scfm - 4400Nm³/h of nitrogen at 95% purity.
• At standard conditions, approx. 9470 scfm of delivered air at 350psig-24bar(g) will be required to produce 2590scfm-4400Nm³/H of nitrogen. The unit is capable of taking in lower pressure air at the inlet as well, and can deliver higher purity nitrogen but at reduced flow rates.
• All components are mounted inside a functional certified open crash frame which fits INSIDE a 20 ft ISO container.
