The internal job market is the process for internal recruitment. It is transparent and offers everyone working within the Group the opportunity to be considered for new assignments.
Atlas Copco Rental is a learning environment. Our employees are offered hands-on training and development on an ongoing basis to safeguard their opportunities to grow within the Group.
For professional training there is a Group target. The goal is to have an annual average minimum of 40 hours of training per year.
Feedback and Recognition
In order to grow, people need constructive feedback on their performance. Atlas Copco Rental recognizes individual contributions as well as team spirit. At least once a year, employees are entitled to a more formal appraisal, with communication flowing in both directions.
