The Atlas Copco SAP Support Organization (SSO) is looking for a SAP Finance/Controlling (FI/CO) Functional Analyst to join the global team and help providing SAP FI/CO support to various Atlas Copco business units. The SSO sourcing strategy is based on a strong partnership with an external service provider while retaining the necessary knowledge internally. The internal resource will manage and optimize customer service as well as deliver those services that require highest proximity to our internal customers. As a member of the SSO FI/CO Team you will report to the SSO FI/CO team leader.

Your main responsibilities and activities will be:
- 2nd/3rd Level incident management: monitoring, analysis and resolution
- Change request management: Feasibility study, design, build, testing and documentation
- Monitor and execute month-end closing tasks performed centrally
- Organizational development:
*Maintain key-user community with regular meetings and training sessions
*Support Finance teams to achieve optimal usage of systems and processes
*Co-ordinate with the external AMS support partner to ensure proper support delivery
*Co-ordinate with the template organization and development team
*Co-ordinate with other support teams within SSO
- Participation in internal projects, requiring limited travelling domestically and internationally
- Keep internal customer satisfaction at a high level by maintaining close customer relations and safeguarding the right level of quality in support service delivery

Comfortable maintaining critical infrastructure and should be readily able to communicate with customer and peer organizations regarding maintenance needs, platform capabilities and service degradations
Implement IT Operations service strategies, roadmaps.
Partner with other service teams and third party vendors, sometimes in close cooperation with Strategic Sourcing or Purchasing teams.

Tot de taken behoren het monteren en testen van niet-standaard drogers, filters, e.d. op basis van mondelinge verstrekte gegevens, onderdelenlijsten en tekeningen en niet volgens vastomlijnde methodes/instructies. Dit geldt zowel voor het mechanische als het elektrische montagewerk, de regulatiesystemen, pijpfitting, aanleg van buizen voor impuls- en instrumentenlucht, bekabelen, PLC etc. De assemblagemonteur is gehouden aan de geldende kwaliteitsnormen. Hij/zij werkt volgens geldende veiligheids- en milieuregels, voert alle nodige werkzaamheden en opdrachten uit om een goede assemblage van de speciale drogers te garanderen.
Zonodig levert hij/zij ondersteuning bij activiteiten die Pneumatech Europe wereldwijd ontplooit.
