Provide price quotations for service jobs to customers. New Equipment Installation – Coordinate the installation and start up of new compressed air equipment with Sales.

Contribute to positive Company branding by projecting a knowledgeable, professional and customer-oriented image to customers.

- определение причин выхода из строя, слив масла из КПП и преобразователя в ёмкости, демонтаж КПП, преобразователя и карданных валов, разборка и дефектовка, замена изношенных узлов и деталей, восстановление изношенных поверхностей шлифовкой, притиркой и т.п., сборка, регулировка, балансировка карданных валов, обкатка, установка на СДО, крепление, обвязка, заправка, проверка работы;
- проведение технического обслуживания трансмиссии, демонтаж с заменой смазки мостов, бортовых редукторов, полуосей, главных передач, тормозов (стояночных и рабочих), определение причин выхода из строя узлов и деталей, замена изношенных узлов и деталей,
- восстановление изношенных поверхностей, сборка, регулировка, заправка мостов и бортовых редукторов, установка мостов, колес, крепление, обвязка, прокачка тормозов;
- обслуживание тормозной системы, а именно:
- определение неисправности тормозной системы, стояночного тормоза, дефектовка, замена изношенных деталей, восстановление их, сборка, регулировка, испытание;
- ремонт сочленения полурам, определение неисправности и причин её возникновения, определение способа восстановления, изготовление необходимых приспособлений для ремонта, подгонка посадочных мест, втулок, пальцев;
