Make sure your machines are in good shape and stay that way! SMARTLINK tracks the vital signs of your compressed air installation on a weekly basis and makes them available to you, anywhere, anytime.
To keep up their performance, it is key to give your machines on-time service. The SMARTLINK service timeline shows you the service needs of every machine and planned visits. Via the document manager, you can find documents related to your installation such as visit reports, installation manuals and part lists.
SMARTLINK Uptime
Are your compressors up and running as they should? A quick glance at the SMARTLINK dashboard will tell you. With SMARTLINK Uptime, data will be uploaded every 5 minutes, so you’re never out of tune.
If an issue comes up, SMARTLINK prompts you to take action immediately via custom notifications. An early response is the best way to avoid unexpected downtime! If you have a TotalCare or Total Responsibility Service Plan, Atlas Copco will even proactively fix the problem for you.

Which machines can I add to the SMARTLINK app?
Any Atlas Copco machine can be added by serial number. Your machines don't have to be connected to access all available information. However, to get the most out of SMARTLINK, it's recommended to connect your machines to our SMARTLINK cloud.
Do I need a subscription to use the SMARTLINK app?
No, the app does not cost you anything except 5 minutes of your time for registration and setting up your dashboard.
What is the difference between the SMARTLINK Portal and the SMARTLINK app?
SMARTLINK is an all-in connectivity platform that allows you to analyze and optimize your complete installation's operational performance. The web Portal provides access to all features and benefits, whereas the app is focused on getting key information right in the palm of your hand.
