Compressed Air Remote Monitoring Made Easy with SMARTLINK 2.0

f you already have SMARTBoxes installed on your compressors can now take advantage of remote diagnostic monitoring called SMARTLINK Diagnostics, free of charge for one month. This service provides you with the comfort that we are monitoring your compressed air installation and are available to support you in these testing times thus assuring critical machine uptime in order to meet your compressed air requirement. To activate this service, please refer to our Step-by-Step SMARTLink Activation Guide for further information.

If you do not have SMARTBoxes installed on your compressor, you can avail the facility at a very nominal cost. How SMARTLINK Diagnostic Works

This service will be activated for compressors connected to our SMARTLINK 2.0 platform. More information about our SMARTLINK services can be found on our website: https://www.atlascopco.com/en-pk/compressors/service/efficiency/smartlink.

To access the service, simply register yourself on the portal: smartlink.atlascopco.com SMARTLINK 2.0 will transmit the operational data of your compressors to our experts, who will constantly monitor the incoming events, allowing us to prevent any critical situations in your system and limiting downtime. If any anomalies in the operating conditions are observed, we will contact you to share our proposed action plan. This plan will be structured according to the severity of the problem revealed:

Moderate risk of downtime:

Our technical support team will contact you by phone to give you useful information to resolve the anomalies found.

High risk of machine downtime:

Our Customer Service support will contact you to check if it is possible to send a technician and/or spare parts to your factory, in compliance with the current safety procedures enforced by government.
