World’s deepest oil field
Forte Oil Field Services is well known for its unwavering commitment to excellence and comprehensive support in formidable projects, among them there are projects at Tengiz Oil Field. This oil field, located at a depth of roughly 12,000 feet (3,657 meters), is the world's deepest producing oil field which being continuously developed. For reference latest project that is in process or realization now aims to boost Tengiz's annual production capacity by an impressive 12 million tons, backed by a substantial $36.8 billion investment and the generation of 20,000 jobs during peak construction.
In urgent need of dry air
However, as any, large projects realization might encounter critical issues in process including the breakdown of air compressor. So, Forte Oil Field Services as reliable local partner came up with urgent solution to provide supply of required air, for which they used Atlas Copco's manufactured equipment.
Atlas Copco's solution for Forte Oil Field Services included a lineup of ten of the manufacturer’s oil-free compressors (PTS916 & PNS1250) to provide a consistent supply of air. These compressors were supported by 10 of the Atlas Copco dryers model CD47 & CD41 to maintain moisture-free air quality.
In addition to supplying equipment to Forte Oil Field Services, Atlas Copco provided manufacturer’s engineer and technician team to support the initial start-up process as per technical recommendations/manual.
