A class (zero) act
As part of its operational license, our customer is to always have a fully functional compressed air supply and therefore has two compressors on duty as a contingency. The company required an interim air supply to satisfy this requirement whilst its ZT50 was being repaired. Our customer creates pharmaceuticals which improve the health of both people and animals, it was of critical importance that this temporary air was oil free as it eliminates the risk of end-product contamination. We therefore recommended our ZT55 VSD FF (full feature) which is an ISO 8573-1 Class Zero oil-free air compressor. An electric driven air compressor, the ZT55 VSD FF offers variable speed drive – the VSD in its name - which delivers 292 cfm at 8.6 bar or 300 cfm at 7 bar. In addition, it features an integrated dryer. This unique all-in-one package offers valuable space saving, fault-free installation, easy commissioning, and a swift start-up.
