Kurt-Allan Belfrage

Kurt-Allan Belfrage, President between 1957 and 1970, was a lawyer and had a foreign ministry career behind him, including chargé d'affaires in Paris and envoyee in Vienna.

He put focus on research and development, also including major modernization and expansion plans for the production plants. The oil-free air compressor was introduced and opened up for new customer segments.

In 1970, after 13 years, he was succeeded by Erik Johnsson .
