Atlas Copco’s unique Tensor motors give the Tensor range outstanding spindle speeds and, thus, help you achieve lower cycle times in your operation. Exceptional ergonomics in terms of balance, grip and low weight make the tools a favorite of the operators and increase individual productivity. All Tensor tools are equipped with LED’s that will indicate the tightening result, green light for tightening OK and red light for NOK. At Atlas Copco we believe that quality is the road to lowest cost of operation over time. A maintained Tensor tool produces the same performance year after year at minimum and predictable costs while ensuring highest possible uptime.
The second generation of Tensor tools, Tensor ST, also focusing on safety critical applications was developed with low weight and productivity in mind.
Tight spaces demand a crowfoot tool. The Atlas Copco offset crowfoot range has proven in use to have very high durability, as well as maintained accuracy. The crowfoot gear heads are run-in during the production process to ensure constant efficiency. This enables you to have constant settings and the accuracy of your tightened joints will be higher than if you use conventional gear heads.

  • Configurable LED’s and an integrated speaker for indicating results via audio signals for operator feedback increasing assembly quality
  • The crowfoot gear heads combine minimal size with capacity for high torques. This gives you the best tool for any screw in a narrow space and improves the productivity in your plant
  • The gear heads are made up of two halves, providing the best equilibration of forces in the gear head and leading to outstanding durability
  • Every shaft in the gear head has been ground and is supported in the gear housing to prevent axial movement of the shaft. This ensures the best accuracy and durability
