General Function & Key Objectives:

Primary Responsibilities:

* Support and implement factory initiatives regarding this new product line. Duties will include carrying out market surveys, confirm the existence of these machines in our territory, research and recommend new markets in the USA for these products, and prioritizing the markets we should go after.
* Communicate with our Parts & Services group to insure technical support and inventory are in place to support our customers, and confirm part numbers are set up in the system, so we can transact this business.
* Develop a portfolio of competitor information including product specification, current representatives in the USA, and market shares if possible.
* Establish market prices and ensure discipline in the application of such pricing.
Support the sales force in their sales efforts, including assisting in preparation of major quotations, product application studies, analysis of competition, and sales support material.
* Train and support other Area Sales Managers in product and commercial issues.
* Initiate and control all non-warranty or factory upgrades and improvements. This includes but is not limited to the installation of optional equipment before delivery, repair of returned rental equipment and value-added upgrades of fleet equipment.Bachelor of Science Degree. General knowledge of civil construction or underground mining applications. Ability to learn details of new products and applications.
* Plan, organize and administer equipment demonstrations.
* Work with Rental Department to initiate URE monthly rental invoicing if applicable.
* Assess and define customer applications so that the correct product can be represented. Ensure integrity in the application of the products.
* Handle special URE related projects as needed.
* Develop and manage the introduction of new products through the execution of Marketing Strategies.
* Promote the Sales of Atlas Copco after-market products (service, parts, rock drills, etc.

Today ASAP provides Finance services for a large number of Customer Centers and Product Companies around the world.

Since Vicky Watkins has been appointed to a new role, we are now looking for a manager to lead our Accounting to Reporting (A2R) Sevice Team based in South Africa. This team is responsible for delivering the services that ASAP provides to its customers within the Accounting to Reporting process.

This person will actively manage to the overall day to day operations and development of the A2R services in the Region, in line with the business needs and ASAP processes, will embrace process alignment and improvement, implement standards set in FAM, and will have the ambition to implement leading practices.

The position will report to the Regional Finance Sevices Manager - Africa.

Mission
- To develop the quality and efficiency of the A2R services in accordance with the business needs and ASAP standard tools.
- Together with the business work towards process alignment and improvement
- To monitor service delivery KPIs
- To lead, motivate and develop the A2R service teams today employing 6 people, including their development, daily work assignments, etc.
- To ensure the provision of an excellent level of customer support and maintenance of the overall A2R services
- To ensure excellent coordination and communication with other ASAP teams and customers as required
- To drive the implementation of ASAP standard processes and tools
- To safeguard a good control environment in order to protect the company assets and control the financial performance of the company
- To make sure that red flags are highlighted and that action plans are put in place in your area of competence
- To continuously improve efficiency in the organization and thereby reduce unit costs for A2R services in line with ASAP strategy
- Important part of the mission will be also to manage and further improve the contact with customers and achieve a good NPS for A2R services in the Region
- Contol the monthly, quarterly and annual reporting process to ensure that we report on time, correctly and at a high standard.
- Control the GL reconciliation process to ensure that all are done on time, accurately and any issues followed up and resolved

Onze productie afdeling is opgedeeld in autonome Flow Teams die verantwoordelijk zijn voor de volledige productie en logistieke flow van een bepaald gamma producten. Als methode ingenieur maak je deel uit van één van onze Flow Teams.

Als methode ingenieur ben je mee verantwoordelijk voor het bepalen van de productiemethode en het productieproces en de implementatie van nieuwe en/of gewijzigde producten. Hij/zij is ook verantwoordelijk voor de continue verbeteringen en bewaking van het montageproces, bovendien heb je oog voor kwaliteit, efficiëntie en ergonomie.

Je functie omvat volgende taken:

Het ontwerpen en verbeteren van het productieproces om een efficiënt, veilig en ergonomisch proces te realiseren.
Het oplossen van problemen en storingen in het productieproces in samenwerking met het flow team om een optimale productie te garanderen.
