Atlas Copco’s Marine Air Systems are specially designed for use on board of ships and offshore applications. Within this series, newly launched improvements to the oil-injected marine compressor range from 11 to 22 kW have resulted in world-class Free Air Delivery (FAD). At the same time, the next generation in compressor control, increases the efficiency of this range.
Reduced Energy Costs
Greater Free Air Delivery (FAD) means that customers can select smaller compressors for the same applications, saving both money and energy. The optional dryer saver cycle also minimize the energy required.
Environmental Friendly
A new integrated dryer enhances both air quality and energy efficiency. The ecological footprint is also safeguarded by minimizing consumables, smart condensate removal and low blow-off losses.

GA 22+ Marine Air Systems Oil-Injected Screw Compressor
Now all standard Marine models are built to operate in ambient temperatures of up to 55°C, offer intuitive monitoring interfaces and are equipped with a robust, high efficiency gearbox, completely protected against dirt and greased for life. On top of this, Atlas Copco achieves the longest service interval in its history for this whole range, through well chosen oil separation, oil filter and revolutionary fan saver cycle algorithm having one of the lowest noise levels available on the market is a nice bonus.
Control and Save
Atlas Copco has combined its expertise and knowledge to launch the fifth generation Elektronikon® Graphic controller. Multiple compressor and dryer parameters are measured while several built-in algorithms allow saver cycles for both fan and dryer. Additional features such as dual pressure band and timer based controls enable Atlas Copco to maximize energy savings by matching the operating pressure to the customer’s air demand.
Clear and easy communication through the user friendly interface, allows for anticipation on service reducing operation and maintenance cost. The graphic visualization provides service intervals in real time and displays a graphical service plan assisting in preventive maintenance. Customers can select one of 32 languages while all registered data is stored for later use.
