SPI elastic spiral hose is ideal for air tools used at varying distances from a fixed air outlet. It is easily stretched and retracts immediately when released. When used with hand tools, its self‑storage principle
ensures that the hose is kept off the floor and out of the way of the operator. The SPI 1 and SPI 2 have ball bearing swivels fitted on the long hose side to allow 360º rotation. All spiral hoses, except the SPI4, are fitted with plastic spring guard. SPI is the ideal hose in combination with a balancer.

Energy Efficiency Audit

EEA
A huge amount of energy is wasted due to leaks in compressed air systems. Capacity losses of up to 20% are common in many installations. During an Energy Efficiency Audit Atlas Copco checks the static and dynamic pressure for your air tools on the line. The pressure drop is measured and documented and a visual inspection of the air installation is performed. Based on the information acquired, using the Energy Efficiency Calculator, Atlas Copco recommends the correct installation in terms of air line accessories and various other aspects.
