The new NGM on Hannover Messe
The new NGM nitrogen generator with membrane technology will not be launched until the second half of 2011. However, on Hannover Messe 2011, you can discover the prototype of this new NGM.
This new membrane nitrogen generator is completely in-house designed and manufactured. The NGM can generate nitrogen purities from 95% to 99% and flows from 5 to 5000 Nm³/. Thanks to this large capacity, the NGM is the perfect solution for applications like:

Custom-designed Membrane Nitrogen Generator for very large flows
Delivered ready to use
Delivered fully assembled, these generators require nothing but a supply of dry compressed air to begin generating a constant flow of nitrogen, and require no specialist installation or commissioning.
These units are supplied with the necessary pre-filtration already fitted, along with pressure gauges and a flow meter to ensure accurate system monitoring at all times.
The membrane technology
A membrane is a hollow asymetric fibre, consisting of a bundle of fibers. The hollow fibres have a polymer structure with the membrane as an ultra thin layer at the outside and are glued in the module housing.
Gas separation is based on the difference of permeability: air is entering at the inlet, nitrogen at the outlet.
