Master Driller Program

The impact unskilled operators have on operating results can make the difference between profit and loss. The Atlas Copco Master Driller Program for mining and construction gives operators the knowledge and skill they need.

Trained people perform

The Atlas Copco Master Driller Program trains new, as well as experienced operators, to help them perform at 100% of their ability. The results are:

Reduced costs of damaged equipment

Documentation of workforce skills

The program combines theory and practical training in three levels – Bronze, Silver and Gold. The bronze level is e-learning training for operators, in five steps. The silver level provides hands-on simulator training, where operators must perform specific tasks. At the gold level, an Atlas Copco product specialist comes to the customer’s site and conducts one-on-one training with each operator in the program.

Completion of all three levels qualifies the operator as a Master Driller.
