Atlas Copco Share repurchases
Atlas Copco initiated share repurchases on October 30, 2006.
The majority of the repurchased shares were redeemed on July 4, 2007. On December 3, 2007 Atlas Copco started selling own B-shares and buying A-shares. The exchange from B-shares to A-shares (see press release) was finalized on February 6, 2008.
