Corporate governance of Atlas Copco is based on Swedish legislation, consisting foremost of the Swedish Companies Act, the Listing Agreement with NASDAQ OMX Stockholm and other relevant regulations and guidelines. As of July 1, 2005 Atlas Copco follows the Swedish Code of Corporate Governance as incorporated in NASDAQ OMX Stockholm’s regulations.
