Auditors

At the 2010 Annual General Meeting, the audit firm Deloitte AB, Sweden, was elected auditor for the period until the 2014 Annual General Meeting, with Authorized Public Accountant Jan Berntsson appointed main responsible auditor.

Fees other than audit fees for the last three years amount to:

2010      MSEK 10
2009      MSEK 15
2008      MSEK 19

The fees are comprised primarily of consultancy on tax and accounting matters and are shown in the company’s Annual Reports.
