Atlas Copco Tools Central Europe receives prestigious Daimler Supplier Award
Atlas Copco Tools was one of 13 suppliers chosen to receive the prestigious Daimler Supplier Award 2011 from Daimler AG. It was presented to Atlas Copco Tools Central Europe’s Essen-based Motor Vehicle Industry and Project Team for outstanding performance in the category International Procurement Services. The awards were presented at this year’s Daimler Key Supplier Meeting in the Mercedes-Benz Center in Stuttgart on March 12.

The Award motivation mentioned Atlas Copco’s excellently organized management and the company’s vast range of innovative assembly tool solutions. The German team see the award as confirmation of their long-term commitment as a strategic partner to the automobile industry.
The annual Daimler Supplier Award recognizes outstanding performance in the areas of quality, costs, logistics, technology, and innovation.
