The ERA Technical Committee Award
The award was announced at the 2018 European Rental Awards , held on 23 May in Vienna, Austria. The awards evening is part of the European Rental Association's annual convention, with an audience of 320 rental industry professionals.
When presenting the award, the ERA judges from the Technical Committee commented: "Atlas Copco has been recognized with this award by their particular efforts to meet the needs of the rental industry in its products and services." The award was presented to Julio Tomé, who was representing the Power Technique business area.

This award comes as a result of the great work and participation in the technical workshops program and consequent product development over many years. Many people within the business area have contributed to this program and the ERA asked me to thank all the people involved.
