The flat follower plate ensures efficient material usage by minimizing leftover material inside the barrel. This leads to fewer barrel changes and reduces disposal costs for waste. Additionally, less air is trapped inside, which decreases the number of strokes needed to vent after a barrel change.
Simplified pump handling
The new control cabinet offers a streamlined interface for pump management, allowing for the easy operation of both pumps from a single panel. Enhanced safety features include a two-hand operation mechanism, ensuring secure handling. The ergonomic design incorporates a pneumatic crossover at user height, improving comfort and efficiency.
