We recommend using this tutorial in combination with the instruction manual (6996022430).

Before you begin any service on your vacuum pump, make sure to take proper safety precautions. Switch off the electrical supply to the vacuum pump and let the system cool to a safe temperature. This will take approximately 1 hour.

Why is regular oil and filter replacements critical for your vacuum pump?

Regular oil and filter changes are essential to maintaining optimal performance and preventing unplanned downtime. Replacing the oil on time not only removes harmful build-up but also prepares your equipment for its next sprint.

Additionally, our genuine vacuum pump oil offers top-tier lubrication. Furthermore, it is tested and qualified for optimal sealing, cooling, and oxidation properties that your pump requires—all of which can degrade over time and with additional contamination.

That’s why our recommended service intervals are designed to maximize pump availability in the most cost-effective way, helping you avoid costly damage from internal friction, thermal stress, and leaks.

Stay ahead of maintenance and keep your operations running smoothly while decreasing the majority of risk at a low cost.
