Atlas Copco China ACademy started in 1999.
The ACademy curriculum includes a wide spectrum of subjects, delivered by internal and external training providers. The training program is divided into Division Courses and Open Courses for all business areas and corporate. Open courses include training in General Management, Leadership, Advanced Skills, Corporate Culture and etc. All employees in China can apply for open courses. Division courses are providing specific business or product related training programs, and available for employees from specific divisions.
