Indonesian Young Talents

At the end of 2019 we were very happy and delightful our corporate HR VP Mrs. Ceclia Sandberg was accompanied by Mr. Horst Wasel as VP SEA & Oceania Holding visited to greet and encourage the Atlas Copco Indonesia (ACI) team. This was her first visit to Indonesia to meet all ACI team. In this event, we also gave our young talents an opportunity to meet and discuss directly with her. These young talents were very enthusiastic about this excellent opportunity to give their views and input to her. According to Cecilia, hearing and understanding the input of these millennials can provide fresh air and new insights in the face of the digital age.

Beside meet and greed with the young talent, Cecilia also met with Gold Cub member who had been dedicated for more than 25 years of their work. For Cecilia this is extraordinary journey to work for a very long period of time in a company, it is an extraordinary value for the company and can provide a good example for young talents and other employees. Cecilia said” We understand the language the young people are speaking. They want a platform that allows them to access the rest of the world. We have access to the world and we have access to the government. So we support them.
