Would you wait for an emergency to happen?
In today's fast-paced and unpredictable environment, uninterrupted operations are crucial, especially with fierce competition ready to strike at any moment. You can count on us for:
- Reliability - Our state-of-the-art equipment ensures consistent performance, minimizing risk of downtime
- Flexibility - Tailored solutions to meet your specific operational needs
- Rapid deployment - Quick response and delivery in the event of a machine failure
Why make a contingency plan?
How does a utility contingency plan work?
STEP 1: Establishing current situation with a compressed air system survey
Using advanced measurement techniques, we eliminate guesswork in selecting the optimized combination of rental equipment and accessories for your custom contingency plan.
- Assess your compressed air demand: What flow and pressure do you need? What is the required air quality to protect your processes and end product quality?
- When is a temporary solution needed: How can we minimize your operational impact? What limitations should we consider when it comes to footprint, logistics, emissions, noise levels, and power sources?
STEP 2: Preparing a three-phase contingency plan
We evaluate our fleet and prepare a phased plan based on the number of rental equipment units required for your site.
- We mobilize fleets on a local, national and international basis, providing estimated timing of delivery for all equipment.
- We then advise on space requirements and recommended tap-in points to your system.
STEP 3: Our rental fleets are more than just equipment
Our specialized fleet includes diesel and electric-driven compressors, covering a wide range of flow and pressure - combined with high pressure boosters, dryers, filters and/or nitrogen generators for a total solution.
- We also provide onsite power supply, vacuum, special gases like nitrogen, process pumps, etc.
- Other than the logistics of delivering the right equipment to site, we also prioritize environmental and safety considerations.
- We consult with your safety and environmental teams to ensure our temporary installation meets your requirements, like lighting and fencing.
STEP 4: Environmental impact consideration
We continuously invest in optimizing our fleet with the latest technology like electric driven compressors, HVO, energy storage modules... When diesel driven equipment is required, we uphold high standards to minimize impact.
- With multiple units, round-the-clock refueling and maintenance may be required, and fuel or oil spills pose potential hazards. We minimize these risks with internal spill containment on all compressors.
- We also supply external fuel tanks to reduce the frequency of refueling.
