On May 6, 2019 we will implement a new business management software system in Atlas Copco India.
With the intent to unify our business management systems, we will soon move to a new and common software system throughout the company. This will enable us to respond to our customer demands quicker and make our order handling process more efficient.
How this concerns you as a customer:
- Please be informed that, between April 20 and May 5, 2019, we will not be able to process and deliver new orders, as our software system will be temporarily unavailable.
- Orders placed during this period will be placed on hold and delivered as of May 6, 2019.
- As a result, we would like to request you to place your valued orders well in advance of April 20, 2019 to allow for timely delivery. Orders created and scheduled deliveries before this date will be delivered under normal deadlines.
- In the event you have a critical order to place between April 20 and May 5, 2019, please contact our customer service.
We sincerely hope that; this change will allow us to meet your needs most efficiently in the future and we are working hard to ensure a smooth transition.
