Dealer Live Event

A live event, a bootcamp and a dealer-in-focus

We had an action-packed calendar for our dealers in the second quarter. The dealer live event held online on June 03 was attended by hundreds of members from our dealer teams. We presented our new products, our business updates and results. We also launched the Dealer Gradation Scheme. Next, Industrial Air's 2-day online dealer bootcamp gave an overview of our products, their applications, and positioning.

Dealer Live Event

The 2-hour online event covered growth in business lines, sales strategy, and new products. Other updates include: the onboarding of eight new dealers. There was also discussion on the performance of dealers and the criteria for Dealer Gradation. 

 

Criteria for Dealer Gradation include website audit, social media posts, branding adheence, and target achievement. The system has three categories, platinum, gold, and silver. Benefits include discounts on sales license fees, training fees, and credit limits.

Dealer Bootcamp

At the online dealer bootcamp on June 8 and 9, the core Industrial Air Team took new members of dealership teams the product landscape. The sessions were conducted by Gopal Reddy, Bhushan Bokil and Aparna Shinde.

 

Participants had an overview of the following topics:

  • Market segment, product features, positioning 
  • Air treatment products, gas generators
  • Introduction to sales tool
