Optimizer 4.0
The Optimizer 4.0 compliments the already efficient Atlas Copco compressors and blowers. Multiple units installation run with optimum pressure or flow band while prioritizing machines that will have more efficient combination. This central controller regulates the VSD to cope with varying demand, while avoiding fixed speed machines to run unload whenever possible.
Energy Recovery
Turn your water-cooled, oil-free air compressor into an energy source for hot water with ER, our Energy Recovery control unit. The recovery mechanism of the ER is based on a closed-loop water circuit, which connects the compressor and the ER unit. The ER unit consists of a pump, a heat exchanger, and a controller. The ER unit can be adopted for any compressor, regardless of the brand or model.
