Why I think diversity is important:
I beleive diversity in workplace is an important asset, since it acknowledges strengths and the potential each employee brins in to the organisation. Valuing the differences is what ultimately brings all employees together and can be the secret to a successful, thriving workplace and a fair work culture.

As a task force member, I would like to continue the focus on working from a “position of strength” wherein right from talent attraction, development and retention actions will be planned for a diverse team to bring greater business outcomes.
