It enables to attract diverse talent which is now available in market due to more female employees being educated professionally and capable of taking challenges.
The change I’d like to bring about as part of the diversity and inclusion task force:
To create a Talent Hub / internship talent pool / workforce within Compressor Technique India from which any Division can appoint successful candidates for job openings.
