Ulm (Baden-Württemberg, Germany): Linde Gas Produktionsges. mbH & Co. KG contacted us on a Friday about an emergency air need due to a compressor breakdown. We put the pedal to the metal to get a solution up and running in no time: The next Tuesday, an oil-free compressor that reaches a flow rate of ca. 2.000 Nm³/h at 6 bar was delivered on site.
Linde AG is one of the leading suppliers of gases in Europe, and their technical gases play a crucial role in different industries and applications. A breakdown of the compressor connected to their nitrogen generator threatened their nitrogen supply and could result in production challenges.
Therefore, a complete solution was promptly delivered to the production site including a ZT 315 VSD FF (working pressure of 2,8 – 10 bar and capacity of 7,4 – 48,5 m³/min) and all matching accessories (cables, hose adaptor, …). We took care of the complete set-up: from delivery to commissioning and from remaining stand-by 24/7 to decommissioning 3 months later.
