The Green Investment Tax Allowance (GITA) significantly reduces a company's tax liability by allowing for an additional allowance based on the investment in green technology equipment.

Actual Investment Cost Reduction: The tax savings effectively lower the actual cost of the green equipment. For an initial investment of MYR 100,000.00, the actual cost after tax benefit is only MYR 85,600.00 (MYR 100,000.00 - MYR 14,400.00).
