In 2021, Atlas Copco (Malaysia) launched a new graduate training program. Our goal was to provide paid 12-month training opportunities for local fresh graduates entering a challenging job market. We have fresh graduate talents working with us in areas such as human resources, business control, communications, and others. This group of young talents is now sharpening their abilities and assisting in the growth of our company. The value they add to the organization is incredible and we hope YOU can be the next one!
