Swedish Innovation Day 2023

Atlas Copco Malaysia joins Sweden Embassy in Malaysia and fosters international collaboration.

On 6th June 2023, amidst the serene Sentul Pavilion, Atlas Copco Malaysia had the honor of being part of the prestigious Sweden Innovation Day organized by the Embassy of Sweden in Malaysia. The event was organized by Ambassador Dr. Joachim Bergström, which brought together industry leaders, policymakers, and visionaries for an enlightening day of exploration and collaboration. Notable keynotes were delivered by YB Tengku Zafrul Aziz, Minister of International Trade and Industry and YB Chang Lih Kang, Minister of Science, Technology, and Innovation.

Our esteemed Business Line Managers, Mahendran Kandasamy from Oil Free Air, Jonathan Huan from Industrial Air, and Darveen Ganesamoorthy from Compressor Technique - Sales, actively participated in engaging discussions centered around three crucial pillars: Digitalization, Innovation, and Social Drivers. "We have an important role to play & take this as a golden opportunity, especially in promoting our energy recovery concept, use of the heat of compression (HOC) & our new products which is highly energy efficient. Furthermore, we also can leverage our start of art Optimizer 4.0 which can be the center of any good installation to manage the entire Compressed Air System in a more efficient way" shared Mahendran.
