#NSLF2023: The integration of learning culture into our daily work
Atlas Copco's commitment to continuous learning and growth shines bright through our recent #NeverStopLearningFestival. Our colleagues in Malaysia and Singapore gathered for an enriching series of sessions, held physically at our Malaysia & Singapore headquarters and virtually for those in Penang and Johor Bahru branches.
These sessions, organized by our dedicated colleagues, covered a range of valuable topics, from “Business for Breakfast” by Tan Eng Hooi - Business Controller, where we learned about Net Working Capital and the way of effective net working capital management, ”Growth Mindset FIKA Digital Awareness Session” by Chinmay Bidkar - Digital Marketing Manager, where he highlighted to maximize visibility in our social media to enhance employer branding and implement social sprout through advocacy tools. Darveen Ganesamoorthy - Business Line Manager of Compressor Technique Sales was invited to share more on "Customer Engagement Strategies and ways for Cultivating Progressive Mindset" for one of the learning sessions organised by the Atlas Copco Group.
Jonathan Huan shared a great insight in the “Lunch & Learn session – Sustainability Talk”. He spoke about the effect of climate change, greenhouse, CO2 footprint in our daily lives and our role to save the world through 5Rs, green planting and join ESG training. Not to forget, Ellango Rajagopal disseminated his expertise & knowledge in “Meet the Machines’” session where we are able to know in detail about Compressor Technique products and experienced compressor sound and touch the parts & elements. We also invited a Registered Dietitian from National Heart Institute to give insight on principles of balanced nutrition & functional foods to prevent & manage cardiovascular disease (CVD) during our Nutrition Talk session.
