Swedish Ambassador at Atlas Copco Malaysia

It was a great honor to have HE Dr. Joachim Bergström, Swedish Ambassador to Malaysia and Mr Ola Pihlblad, the Deputy Head of Mission join us at Atlas Copco, Shah Alam. Together with our General Manager, Khalid and the management team, they went on an office tour while being introduced to our Service Academy. They got a glimpse of the different type of compressors and how they work.

After the tour, a presentation about who Atlas Copco is, its values, and sustainability was given by the General Manager, Mr Khalid Shaikh. Flora, from Communications, also shared about CSR activity – Water for All and its latest updates. Everyone had a fruitful and insightful discussion on how Atlas Copco Malaysia & Singapore can be further collaborating with the Swedish Embassy for further community engagement and corporate activities, in support of sustainability, community outreach and company branding. The day ended with a short tea where conversation was continued. We are grateful for the opportunity to host Dr Joachim and Mr Ola and look forward to future collaborations.
