I am an Aftermarket Sales Administrator for the North Region in Compressor Technique Service Pakistan. I am responsible to provide support to our Sales Team, distributors, and customers in spare parts inquiries, orders, and their status update.
My work week begins with a meeting of our Sales team and Country Manager, where we review our current sales status and upcoming orders to align our activities in a better way.
I check inquiries received from the customers and sales team and then submit quotations and proforma Invoices to them to ensure no delay in parts procurement and down-time of machines due to delay in parts delivery.
I book parts against all the orders received with all the necessary checks and procedures. After order booking, I share an update with the sales team and customers about the delivery schedule.
I share all the necessary details to support our distributors in securing orders and their smooth delivery. I maintain archives of all the required data files for audits in the future.
I update our internal reports and share with our management to give them a clear picture of our Sales Performance against targets. Re-conciliation of all customer orders with our Logistics team and intimation of order status along with receivables to our clients.
