Haikal's shared with us his personal motto and what keeps him going.I believe that we should not give up so easily when faced with challenges.
In life, we meet many obstacles and will continue to face them. We should not give up easily. We must stay positive. In Atlas Copco, the challenges are easier to overcome with the TEAM's collaboration and excellent teamwork. During my Basic Military Training, my platoon sergeant motivated my peers and me with this quote, "Tough times don't last, tough men do." I hold on to that quote to this day.
Can you tell us about your current role?
I am currently working as a Field Service Engineer in Atlas Copco Singapore. I joined Atlas Copco in Aug 2016. This is my first job in my engineering career and as a fresh graduate at that time, I had to quickly learn all the skills needed to be good FSE. It was a tough start for me, but with the guidance of the whole team, I'm happy to stay here at Atlas Copco.
How did you find out about Atlas Copco?
Actually, the young and naive me never heard of Atlas Copco before. But after coming onboard, I realized how involved the company is in all industries. I also feel that the job scope of FSEs are really crucial in the company.
