Meet our passionate people
I started my journey in AC from Supply then Sales & Marketing but ended up in Communications. With a strong background in Sales & Marketing, it makes me understand how others work and how important collaboration is. One of the women I admire is Oprah Winfrey. Through the power of media, she connected people from around the world. She once said: “Be thankful for what you have; you’ll end up having more.
I chose this profession for its diverse responsibilities, aiming to align people and business strategies, shaping organizational success. What motivates me is seeing employees learn, take on challenges, and grow. As an HRBP, I bring unique perspectives to support our strategic direction. Jacinda Ardern inspires me for her leadership, especially during the pandemic, showing strength while being a new mother.
Everyday at work is a different day for me. There are new challenges and deadlines, and the sense of achievement in resolving them and meeting the deadlines inspire me and motivate me to do better. Not only do I help the people with their problems, I also benefit from learning new things, being innovative and creative in my work.
I chose this profession to gain hands-on experience while expanding my knowledge. What keeps me inspired is defying stereotypes; hearing that women can't excel in this field motivates me to work harder. I've found some truth in those statements, but it only fuels my determination. My admiration for my mother, who overcame numerous challenges, instilled in me a sense of resilience and toughness.
Through celebrating women, we celebrate progress, innovation, and the limitless potential that comes from embracing diversity. Let's continue to champion equality, break barriers, and create a future where everyone thrives.
