DX&DN (VSD): advanced oil-free air and nitrogen technology

Advanced single or two-stage compression technology.
Boosts your air or nitrogen up to a wide range of pressure and flows.

The difference between DX and DN is to be found in the size:

  • DX is the smaller unit from 37 to 110 kW
  • DN is the bigger unit from 110 to 315 kW

Description

Certified oil-free and nitrogen boosters

Our robust DX/DN boosters come as mono-stage or two-compression stage machines, compressing your air or nitrogen in a broad variety of pressure ranges:

  • up to 70 bar (e) maximum
  • flow ratios depending on your specific process needs
     

With a delivery of 100% oil-free ISO 8573-1 Class 0 certified compressed air or nitrogen, you minimize the risk of oil contamination in your production. This is because no oil from the compressor will ever enter your air or nitrogen network from the booster.

Main industry applications in Food and beverage, Automotive, Power, PET bottle blowing, and general industries.

The booster systems are ISO 8573-1 Class 0 certified, meaning that no oil from the booster will enter your air or gas network, minimizing production downtime.

The DX/DN nitrogen gas boosters are adaptable in design: depending on the kind of gas you want to boost for your process, they can be delivered with or without a canopy.
