As the number of COVID-19 cases in Thailand has continued to rise every day. On behalf of Atlas Copco (Thailand) Limited, we are taking a step to ensure that we still serve the best possible service operation to our customer, regardless of coronavirus (COVID-19).
Our Business Contingency Plan (BCP) mode which currently separated our operation team to locate at head office and alternative site and for the marketing team is on ‘Work From Home (WFH)’. We are following the latest health authority and government advice to reduce the chance of infection and any negative impact that may be caused by any new cases found as the Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) recommendation for our employees and customers.
The importance to keep our vital equipment service uptime and avoid the risk of breakdowns. Our service team is standby to perform schedule services. We hope to continue our react to breakdowns as a normal timeline. With the current situation in Thailand, we cannot predict the future effect on our workforce. On the sales team side still available to make a site visit if required.
However, we encourage more on the technology to carry on our meeting online channel by using the Microsoft Teams or other platform online.
