In July, Customer Center, Atlas Copco Tools & Assembly Systems in South East Asia has successfully conducted the Strategic Partnership Selling (SPS) training

Almost 40 salesmen and distributor partners participated to the training led by trainers namely Didier Marly - Regional General Manager, Osamu Furuta - Business Line Manager (MVI), Alan Fam - Business Line Manager (GI), Nantawat Chuakaew - Business Line Manager (Service), And Indonesia Team led by Rachmat Fauzie – Business Line Manager (GI) and Wiryadi Persada Putra – Business Line Manager (MVI)

The trainers introduced trainees the core concept and details of SPS framework throughout role play activity, presentations and group work. Starting from changing management attitude, the training presented “MADRID” approach, which aims to reshaping the way sales people work and think. Additionally, participants also had a chance to learn about “4 panals” concept, which is define a valuable tool to show value to customers’ investments. Beyond the learning purpose, the two-day training gave participants time to develop action plan together based on the vision to become a Strategic Partner to our customers.

Next Strategic Partnership Selling (SPS) Training section will be 12-13 October,2017 at Atlas Copco (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd.
