Compressed air desiccant tower dryers XDG series

The Atlas Copco XDG 2100–5400 dry-air regenerated, heat-of-compression dryers use an advanced adsorption process to remove moisture from compressed air to ensure maximum reliability and efficiency for critical industrial applications.

Designed as a multi-tower system, the XDG range offers unmatched flexibility:

 

  • XDG 2100 starts with two towers for smaller flow capacities.
  • XDG 5400 scales up to five towers for high-demand environments.

 

Compared to traditional purge and blower-heated dryers, it consumes up to 80% less power thanks to heat-of-compression regeneration and smart design. This means lower operating costs and uncompromised performance at ultra-low pressure dew points down to -90 °C/-130 °F guaranteed for critical applications.
