Important news from Atlas Copco about Compressor Engineering
Compressor Engineering Limited was acquired by Atlas Copco in 2009. Atlas Copco is a global leader in the world of compressed air and vacuum technologies. For 100 years it has been represented in the UK by Atlas Copco Compressors. For the last 10 years, Compressor Engineering has been a subsidiary of Atlas Copco Compressors, operating under the Compressor Engineering brand.
Full integration into Atlas Copco, with the backing of a wider support team
Moving forwards, we have decided to fully integrate Compressor Engineering into the Atlas Copco Compressors UK service organisation and have, as a result, created a new service region called Atlas Copco South East Midlands, based in Kettering. We are also integrating Compressor Engineering North West into Atlas Copco Compressors UK’s North West service organisation.
Nothing changes for our customers in the regions formerly served by CE: they will continue to receive service and support from the same teams, but under the Atlas Copco brand name, instead of the Compressor Engineering brand. Our expert engineers will continue to service and maintain all makes of compressors and ancillary equipment and we will continue to offer spare parts and emergency repairs, but now with the advantages of our wider support team.
As well as meeting the installation and service requirements of compressed air systems, Atlas Copco also provides specialist services that include air quality analysis, on-site energy surveys and ultrasonic air leakage detection. Our product ranges include oil-free and oil-injected air compressors, all types of air dryers, filters and condensate treatment, as well as industrial vacuum pumps, air blowers and nitrogen/oxygen generators.
