Top Tip: Free hot water and space heating in time for winter?
When air is compressed, the energy transforms into heat. An energy recovery system enables this waste heat energy to be recovered and reused in other manufacturing processes. Or, the heat can be directed into the space heating or hot water systems of the facility itself, reducing reliance on external sources of electricity and gas. A properly designed heat recovery unit can recover from 50% to 94% of this available thermal energy as low-grade heat, and heat water up to 90 C.
