EASYFINE
EASYFINE uses advanced membrane filtration technology to precisely control dissolved gas levels in wine, enabling fast and efficient deoxygenation, carbonation, or decarbonation within a single, compact system while safeguarding wine quality, aroma, and stability.
The system operates through hollow-fibre membranes where gas and liquid flow in opposite directions, allowing controlled gas transfer by pervaporation driven by concentration gradients and pressure differentials, without any direct contact between technical gases and the wine.
This non-invasive process preserves the wine’s organoleptic properties while ensuring consistent results. Featuring both vacuum-assisted and positive-pressure operation, EASYFINE automatically adapts pressure or vacuum settings to the incoming wine characteristics, delivering accurate, repeatable, and reliable gas management for modern beverage filtration applications.
